It’s May, Mental Health Awareness Month! What better way to learn and engage those around you than with a calendar of content and activities. The mental health of our children, teens, and young adults has never been more important. Please join us this month in shining light on mental health through education and outreach!

Download our calendar, and help us spread the word.

This month we are also excited to launch a new video series called, “You Ask, Our Docs Answer!” Child & adolescent psychiatrists Dr. Gene Beresin and Dr. Khadijah Booth Watkins answer YOUR video questions about mental health. Whether you’re a parent, a grandparent, a teacher, a youth worker – anyone with a young person in your life! – we’d love to hear from you.

In recognition of Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week, May 1-7, we kick off the series with questions from students with the Chelsea Wellness Campaign.

Be sure to tune in, and follow along this month on Instagram!
