Dr. Ellen Braaten, who’s family is the perfect melting pot when it comes to different POVs,  joins co-hosts Dr. Gene Beresin and Dr. Steve Schlozman to help viewers try and shift to a more positive attitude when it comes to surviving the holiday season.
