According to a 2017 report by the American Psychological Association, 2/3 of Americans feel stressed about the future of our nation, including a majority of each Democrats and Republicans. But who needs a survey to point that out – even our kids can tell how tense we are. So, what gives?

Dr. Ellen Braaten joins co-hosts Dr. Gene Beresin and Dr. Steve Schlozman to explore what the heck is going on in our world to cause so much anxiety in everyone, and to contemplate solutions for managing our stress and minimizing the negative effects on our children.

Thank you for joining us in this journey and conversation. We’d love to hear from you!
